Beautiful Sunset Sky!

I have been happily living on Maui for the past twenty-four years. I have been stand up paddling for over five years. I am married to Bob; have three grown children, five grandchildren,( two grandsons and three grand daughters.) I live in Kihei, on the South shore of Maui, right up the street from Kamaole Beach Park I. I paddle from Kam I almost every morning.     Yes, the sunset yesterday was incredible. We were down at Kam1 and it was a HUGE ball of fire. You could look directly at it because there must have been a light veil of clouds in front of it. Of course I forgot to bring my Iphone so I couldn’t get a pic of it.

      The weird thing was, we went down to Kam I also and although it was a nice sunset, it wasn’t that colorful…. so we went home! When we got home, I got out of the car and told my husband, what the heck? Look at the sky now. So we watched it from our driveway! It was so colorful, the sky was pink! That’s when I got the photo.
