North shore Oahu!

Waimea Bay

Waimea Bay

It was my fault that I couldn’t bring my stand up board to Oahu.  I booked our flight over on GO airline and it ended up that boards over 6 feet long can’t go.  I was so bummed out!  Oh well, I have to be satisfied with swimming this week.  Today we spent the day at Waimea Bay over on the north shore.  It’s one of my most favorite places in all the world!  It was a beautiful day and we were lucky enough to find a parking spot right away, which is almost impossible.  It was so nice to get into the ocean for a swim.  I saw fish while I was swimming, but no turtles today.  I hope to see turtles some time this week, so stayed tuned!
