Hola from Loreto!  Our two weeks is almost up but here are some photos I took.  This is a beautiful place…. very interesting because there is coral here and tropical fish….. yet it is desert and mountains!  I’m been having fun Paddling most days, going on beach walks collecting shells and driftwood, and snorkeling and swimming a lot.  I am missing my Maui turtles, though, so I will be glad to get back to Maui on Monday.  Adios!

I watched the sun come up and it was already getting windy.  I was hoping the wind might back off after my beach walk….. but no such luck.  I swam with four turtles though and it was great!  Then I went out paddling and ran across a big male turtle who seemed friendly.  That turtle surfaced a few times ….. and swam next to me just under the surface of the water all the way down to nearly Cove Park!  I couldn’t believe it.  The wind persisted so I was happy to get a great turtle adventure right off of Kam 1 today…..well it is Fall!
