Finicky Wind!!

It was a nice peaceful sunrise this morning and a nice start to the day.  The conditions looked perfect for paddling!  I headed south towards the boat ramp paddling in nice conditions.  I had planned to go to the boat ramp ….. But as I passed into Kam 3….. the ocean surface changed and those swells being generated from the north like yesterday started in.  This is just what happened yesterday prior to the wind roaring in!  I didn’t feel like getting caught in the wind today so I turned around and headed north.  The wind was blowing too….. But not as bad as yesterday.  It ended up being a good decision….even though the wind backed off again like yesterday.  My swim was very enjoyable despite the water clarity still being pretty poor.  The wind is just finicky right now and very unpredictable….
