Perfect, Then Not!!

The day started out so beautiful and calm….. even got surprised by a rainbow this morning! It looked like perfect conditions for paddling and no white caps .. I paddled down to the boat ramp!  As soon  as I arrived, things changed quickly.  Soon it was choppy swells and wind out of the south!  Oh boy…… I didn’t stay!  The sky was looking more and more threatening and it was raining out by Kahoolawe.  I paddled back to Kam 1 in more choppy swells!  The wind didn’t back off but my swim was pretty nice.  I only saw a few fish….. no turtles …… which was too bad because the water visibility was better than yesterday.  Oh well…… maybe tomorrow!
